• Areas along the north to south stretch of the Yakima River in Benton City, including Demoss, 7th, North River Road and surrounding areas.
• Areas along and including Babs Ave (west of 9th) and Kendall Road.
• Areas around and including N Thomas Rd to the north, OIE to the south, Whan Road to the east, and Corral Creek to the north.
• OIE, between Corral Creek and Knox
• Rayhill Road and short portion of OIE
