Richland

• Johnson Park
• Areas NW of the Horn Rapids Athletic Complex around Logston, Robertson, Hagen, and Logan Streets.
• Areas from Van Giesen Street in the north, Bypass Hyway to the west, Cottonwood/Alice to the south, and Wright to the east.

West Richland

• Riverside Drive; from 38th Avenue to its southeast end
• Northlake/Eastlake area with Clark, Tennessee Walker, and surrounding areas.
• Areas between and including Gray Street to the north, 61st to the west, Deer Street to the south, and Grosscup to the east.
